Future Perfect Progressive

Watch Video

Create the future perfect progressive by using will + have + been + present participle (verb - ing)

When to Use the Future Perfect Progressive

With this tense, we are usually thinking of a future date. We state two things: the future date and the time it will take to complete the action. This tense is not used as often as others. Use it when you are looking forward to an event and thinking about what you will be doing between now and then.

For this situation, you can use either the future perfect or the future perfect progressive--both are grammatically correct. The future perfect progressive emphasizes time a little more.
